Cancelling an order
Orders may be cancelled or changed as long as items have not already shipped. To cancel or change an order, contact customer service at shop@ducks.ca with your order number.
Exchanging an item
DUC Gear™ may be exchanged. To exchange an item in your order, contact customer service at shop@ducks.ca with your order number.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, with original tags attached.
Requesting a refund
DUC Gear items that are in the current inventory at Shop DUC Gear™ may be eligible for a return for store credit or refund.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, with original tags attached.
To request a return for store credit or refund, contact customer service at shop@ducks.ca with “REQUEST RA#” in the subject line, and include the following details in the email:
- Specify whether you would like a refund or store credit
- Provide a copy of your order confirmation email
- Share a reason for the return
You will receive an “RA#” to affix to your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return items have been received and reviewed, a refund or store credit may be applied to your account.
Getting help with defective or damaged items
Contact customer service at shop@ducks.ca if any of the items in your order are defective or damaged. Please include photos of the defective/damaged merchandise in your email so that we can better assist you.
